Open the Outlook Express mail client program.

Select the Tools menu and then Account

Select the Mail tab and then select Add > Mail

Type your Display name in the field provided and click on Next.

Type your E-mail address in the field provided and click on Next.

Type the appropriate information and click on Next to continue.

Type your Full domain name, Webmail Account name and Password, click on Next to continue.

Click Finish to complete the account setup.

Select the newly created mail account (e.g. mail.domainaname.com) and click Properties

Type an appropriate Mail Account name (e.g. full domain name, Webmail from Home) as it appears above

Select the Servers tab and review the information for accuracy. Make sure that “My server requires authentication” is selected.

Select the “Settings” button and make sure that “Use same setting as my incoming mail server” is selected

Select the Advanced tab and select the box: This server requires a secure connection (SSL) for both incoming and outgoing mail and then click OK to continue

Click Close to return to the main program screen.
